Refund and Returns Policy


We hope you love what you’ve ordered! But just in case you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made the return process super easy.


Overview

Our return policy last 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.


How do I make a return?



1. Sign into your Abecyn account.


2. Find the order in My Orders, click the “Return Item” button.


3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.


4. Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.


5. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.


NOTE: If you are paying to ship back the return yourself, you can use any shipping method you like, just make sure it’s postmarked no later than 7 days from the purchase date. (See “Important Notice” section for details)


*The shipping label we provide only works if you are shipping within the East Africa.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:


Book with obvious signs of use

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?


1. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached and hygiene sticker intact.


2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, beauty products, underwear, event and party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets). We cannot offer refunds on cosmetic if the hygiene seal has been broken.


3. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
